It is the sixth time the Aggies have started the season 7-1 or better in head coach R.C. Slocum's 13 years at the helm of the Aggie football team. Prior to Slocum's tenure at A&M, the Aggies have been 7- 1 or better just twice after the 1957 season. The No. 14 Texas A&M volleyball team hopes to get lots of treats and no tricks as it hosts the Oklahoma Sooners on Halloween night at 7 p.m. at G. Rollie White Coliseum. The Aggies (16-3, 9-2 Big 12) return to action after a week off, still in second place in the Big 12. Oklahoma (2-20, 1-11 Big 12) is in the midst of an 11-match losing skid, which has dropped them to 10th place in the Big 12.
