Police conclude car wreck investigation The Bryan Police Department has concluded the investigation of the Sept. 22 truck accident that claimed the life of one Texas A&M student and injured nine others. After a month-long investigation of accident reports, witness statements and physical evidence test results, police concluded that traveling at an unsafe speed caused the accident. The truck was traveling approximately 76 mph in a 70 mph zone. Sarah Marie Fullen, driver of the truck and a sophomore history major, was issued a traffic ticket for unsafe speed — too fast for conditions.
