CONGRATULATIONS COMMANDANT’S TROPHY WINNERS MATT SEGREST ‘95 AND BRAD TIPPETT ‘95 The Commandant’s Trophy was initiated in 1957 to recognize members of the Platoon Leaders Class (PLC) who distinguish themselves at Officer Candidates School.
