AGGRAVATED ASSAULT * A female Corps of Cadet member reported that she was assaulted by three males in Parking Area 89. Investigation continues. ■ FELONY THEFT * A 1988 Ford Econoline Diamond Shell 35 passenger bus was stolen from the Bus Operations Compound by someone who drove throuj the metal gate securing the facility. The bus was recovered off of Briarciesi Drive by the Bryan Police Department. * Someone entered the weapons display case on the first ftoorol the MSC and removed two Colt .45 automatic pistols, a .45 caliber single action Colt revolver and a .22 caliber single action revolver. HARASSMENT * Six individuals have been identified as the persons responsible for making harassing telephone calls to a Beutel Heafth Center number, * Telephone calls to one residence hall led to several threatening telephone calls to another. The victims have resolved the conflict. INDECENT EXPOSURE * A man was observed at the south exit of Davis-Gary Hallwithli® genitals pressed to the glass door. RESISTING ARREST * An underage individual, who was detected in possession of an alcoholic beverage, attempted to flee the custody of the officers when a warrant check revealed that he was wanted by the College Station Police Department for Burglary of a Habitation. The subject was incarcerated in the Brazos County Jail. MISDEMEANOR THEFT * A Black Shoe! RF105V full-faced motorcycle helmet was stolen from a 1982 Honda while the vehicle was parked in a motorcycle area. * A Jeep CJ5 was damaged and the parking permit stolen while the vehicle was in Parking Area 42. * A pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses, left on top of the victim’s backpack, were stolen while the victim was at the pharmacy. * A banner measuring 4 feet by 12 feet advertising the hours of operation of the Underground food court and market was stolen from the west side of Sbisa Dining Hall. * A maroon Eastpack backpack and contents were stolen from a study carrel on the fifth floor of the Sterling C. Evans Library. period. * Four wallets and four bikes were reported stolen during the CRIMINAL MISCHIEF * A man reported damage to the toolbox on his Chevrolet pickup truck while the vehicle was parked in the University Center Parking Garag- * Someone broke a light fixture on the wall of the stairwell betwee the first and second floors, east of the main desk of the MSC. MINOR IN POSSESSION OF AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE * Nine minor in possession citations were given during theperioc PUBLIC INTOXICATION * Five people were cited for public intoxication and taken to the Brazos County Jail. DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED * * Three people were arrested for driving while intoxicated. They were taken to Brazos County jail. BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE * An olive-colored backpack and contents were stolen from a 197 Ford van while the vehicle was parked in parking Area 50. The victim thought his Hewlett-Packard, Model 48SX was in the backpack at the time of the theft. However, the calculator was found in Parking Area 50 onSepI 10 by a construction worker. The calculator was released to the victim. * A Grade Sensor, Grade Sensor Arm, Auger Sensor and a Want' A-Lite were stolen from a1985 Chevrolet pickup truck parked at the Easterwood Airport runway construction site. DISORDERLY CONDUCT * Two individuals were issued citations for inappropriate languagi directed towards the game attendants at Gate 3 of Kyle Field. VIOLATION OF UNIVERSITY REGULATION * Four Individuals were issued Criminal Trespass Warnings for soliciting magazine subscriptions without authorization.
