The inmate was identified as An tonio Gongales Espinosa, 26, a Co lombian national. La Tuna officials say Gongales Espinosa is not consid ered dangerous. Prison officials say Gongales Espi- fre nosa walked away from a minimun security camp outside the main prison, located near the Texas-New Mexico state line about 30 miles north of El Paso and 20 miles south of Las Cruces, N.M.
