They are Dr. Gerald Morri son, associate professor of mecha nical engineering, and Dr. Philip Allen, associate professor of elec trical engineering. Dr. Robert H. Page, dean of the engineering college, this week accepted a check for $20,000 from the Halliburton Education Foundation.
