People who continue in that practice could soon find their cars hauled away. “I don’t like to tow cars, but it’s going to have to be done,” said Tom Parsons, director of security and traffic for the Texas A6cM University police. The handicapped parking spaces are placed so that the handicapped student can have access to curb ramps and building ramps to go to classes.
