The document puts the singers fortune into a trust for his children and leaves $400,000 in gifts to his wife, relatives, friends and the Jesuit schools in Spokane, Wash., where he was educated. The nine-page will, dated June 6, was filed Monday in San Mateo Superior Court, near the Crosby home in Hillsborough, south of San Francisco. Crosby, who disliked discussing his money when he was alike, left a will that does not reveal his worth. He was regarding as one of the wealthiest men in show business and one news magazine recently esti mated his fortune at $40-$70 million. In an interview a few months be fore his death, the singer said he was worth less than was thought and was not as rich as his close fiiend, comedian Boh Hope. The hulk of the estate was left to the “Harry L. Crosby Trust,” using his formal name. Full control over the trust was given to his longtime friend and attorney, Richard C. Ber gen of Los Angeles, who also was named executor of the will. {Serving Suggestion) Regular Ground Beef .59 Beef T-Bone Steak Loin cut, USDA Good 'lb Any size package 1.79 Fresh Cranberries Ocean Spray, lb 1# Pkg. - Beef Rib Eve Steak USDA Good Frver Breasts Ribs attached.
