The parade route, as outlined by Smith, wiH Carry the corps over three main streets in downtown Houston. The assembly area, which is the same as in 1947, is in front of the raiftoad station on Smith Street. The Corps will form at 9 a.m., No vember 12. Route Set At 10 a.m. the corps will move out; of the assembly area and march one block up Smith Street to Preston. They will travel four blocks on Preston to Main, up Lamar to Sam Houston Park, the dismissal area. The reviewing stand will be lo cated in front of the Rice Hotel at the corner of Texas and Mailt The band will be placed on Texas opposite the reviewing stand. When the A&M group inspected the parade route yesterday, pick ets were seen at several points along Main Street including the are* around the Rice Hotel. All the streets on the route of march are one-way with the ex ception of Smith and Main, and they are all wide enough so that parking will not Have to be re stricted. There is no parking on Mam Street at any time. The arrangement committee which represented A&M yesterday consisted of Lt, Col. Joe E. Davis: U,\\ Pol. M. P.
