The appointments are made on condition that the cadets named belonging to any class during the past session shall enter the next higher class upon the opening next session : To be Captains—Cadets Newton, Martin, W. C., Barnes, R. M., and Rawlins. To be 1st Lieutenant and Adjutant—-Cadet Smith. To be 1st Lieutenant and Quartermaster—Cadet Robson. To be 1st Lieutenant and Private Secretary—Cadet Kerr. To be 1st Lieutenants—Cadets Scherer, Sneed, Bret- schneider and Crow. To be 2d Lieutenants—Cadets Bullard Rountree, Carter, Homann, Barcley, Glover, Aboott, Greenwood, Tracy, Har rison, W., Foutrel and Stark. To be Sergeant Major—Cadet Kyle, E.
