Soviet Ambassador to review detente M. Serebrajakov, second secre- tary to the Soviet Union’s United Na tions mission in New York, has been confirmed as Tuesday (March 30) speaker for International Week at Texas A&M. The career diplomat will speak on “Soviet Interpretations of Detente,” at 7:30 p.m. in Rudder Auditorium as part of a five-day observance spon sored by the International Students Association (ISA) at A&M.Texas A&M has approximately 1,000 international students from 75 coun tries. A widely acclaimed foreign film on the Spanish Civil War, “To Die in Madrid,” unfolds the week’s ac tivities at 8 p.m. Monday (March 29) in room 601 of Rudder Tower. Ad mission to the black-and-white movie is 50 cents. Wednesday’s (March 31) schedule includes the opening at 11 a.m. of cultural displays. Highlighting the day are a 6:30 p.m. banquet and an 8 p.m. talent show of cultural enter tainment done in native costumes.
