The championship contest is set for tomorrow night at 8:30 p.m., and the consolation title game at 7 p.m. py Aggies, who have shown flashes of being better than a cellar ball club—the second is Glen Rose’s Arkansas Razor- backs. This is the first home SWC game for the Aggies. Tipoff will be at 8 p.m. No freshman game is scheduled, but two games matching teams of 10-12- year-old local boys will be held, at 6 and 6:30. Both Arkansas and A&M lost their conference openers, the Ag gies bowing to Rice 41-61 and Arkansas losing to TCU 62-67. The Aggies had a bad night in Houston, making only 19 per cent of their shots, while the Hogs led TCU during most of the first 25 minutes. Floyd said that, based on yes terday’s practice, he will start Roger Harvey and Lee Smith at guards, John Fortenberry and Bill Brophy at forwards and John Henry at center. For the second straight day, Fortenberry put on a fine shoot ing exhibition yesterday, steadily pumping in onehanders from around and outside the free throw circle. Rose probably will start Nor man Smith, who scored 19 in the TCU game, letterman Buddy Smith, Jerald Barnett, last year’s leading scorer as a sophomore, Carroll Scroggins, a two year letterman, and Walter Butler, a junior college transfer. Arkansas has a 5-6 season rec ord, but has won four of its last six. The Razorbacks play a single-post offense with lots of shooting and rugged rebounding. The Aggies will not practice today, but Arkansas will hold a workout here about 7:30 tonight. A&M will have a short free- throw shooting session Saturday morning. O ramming for Exams?
