Arnett spoke of his adventures and experiences, and he addressed the topics of art, culture and religion. Arnett discussed the concept of Dharma, meaning duty and virtue. “India is the most metaphysi cally blessed country in the world,” he said. Arnett said people become bored because they are seeking happiness externally, and Dharma requires no external recognition. Arnett said yoga has helped him throughout his life. “Yoga defines neutralization of the brain waves and requires a lot of concentration,” he said. Arnet said his book was reject ed by publishers, so he had to take the financial responsibility upon himself. He encouraged the audience to live their dreams and get in touch with their higher selves. “You're not going to live your life fully if you try to live through someone else,” he said.
