I East side of the Zachry Engineering Center - A black Trek 7000 18-speed bicycle was stolen. 9 Southside of the Sterling C. Evans Library - A burgundy Schwinn 10- jljreed bicycle was stolen. ■ Traditions Bus Slop - A grey Bluffy 18-speed bicycle was stolen. I DeWare Field House - Someone lemoved the victim’s MasterCard Bom her wallet during the time it i las left at the check-in desk for safekeeping. The card was apparently used for an unauthorized purchase at a local video store. Supplemental Information/ Misdemeanor Theft | Wells Hall — The computer previously reported stolen from Wells Hall on 2/20/94 has been located. I MSC - A Verifon Trans 330 Card Reader (Time Clock) was stolen from a first floor room. Hughes Hall Bicycle Rack - A mauve Raleigh 10-speed bicycle was stolen. Bright Building — A Panasonic, Model SLNP20 compact disc player and two compact discs were stolen from a fifth floor room. Burglary of A Coin-Operated Machine Hullabaloo Game Room - Two Mortal Kombat II video machines were burglarized. The amount of money removed is unknown. Places Weapons Prohibited Dormitory 8 — A vehicle was observed operating on the lawn. Upon contact with the owner, the officer observed a Remington 870 shotgun in the vehicle. The subject was informed of the violation of state law and consideration of criminal charges. Polo Fields — Several arguments erupted during a soccer match on the Polo Field. A spectator who was involved in the situation fired a small caliber weapon into the air. According to witnesses at the scene, the suspect fled in a red Nissan Sentra. Unlawful Carrying of Weapon Parking Area 46 - A traffic stop led to the discovery of two clubs, a Lorcin .25 caliber semi-automatic pistol and fifty rounds of ammunition. A red Mongoose Threshold 1 8-speed bicycle was also recovered from the suspect’s vehicle. An attempt will be made to contact the owner of the bicycle. The suspects were transported to the Brazos County Jail and incarcerated. Driving While Intoxicated Villa Maria Drive — A motorist was arrested for driving while intoxicated and the passenger charged with public intoxication. The suspects were transported to the Brazos County Jail and incarcerated. FM 2818 at Hwy. 60 - An intoxicated motorist was arrested and incarcerated in the Brazos County Jail. Nagle and University Drive - An intoxicated motorist was arrested and incarcerated in the Brazos County Jail. Theft of Service McKenzie Terminal — A local rental company reported an individual has failed to return a 1994 Chevrolet Corsica on the date specified in the lease agreement. Criminal Mischief Southside Parking Garage - The victim reported that someone has written a derogatory word on the trunk of her vehicle for the second time. A possible suspect has been identified. Parking Area 32 — The victim reported a sharp instrument was used to puncture the Goodyear radial tire that is mounted on the rear of his 1993 Jeep Wrangler. A possible suspect was identified. Ellis County Sheriff John Gage said the victim appears to be Robbie Jean Biggar. “We have a photograph and we compared the photograph to that of the lady,’’ Gage told radio station WBAP. “She is not in real good condition — the body isn’t — but it does appear that it is the lady. Everything looks similar so we are pretty sure it is.” He told the station that the woman appeared to have been shot twice, once in the head. Justice of the Peace Curtis Polk ordered an autopsy by the Dallas County medical examiner’s office, said sheriffs Lt. Royce Gothard. He said the fully clothed body was found just a mile southwest of the collider’s lab facility. The SSC is about 30 miles south of Dallas.
