Nursing home employee charged in sexual assault of paralyzed woman The Associated Press SAN ANTONIO — A man has been charged with sexually assaulting a 32-year-old paralyzed nursing home resident who became pregnant and then lost the baby, authorities say. Dennis Paul Wallace, 39, was charged with sexual assault and released Sunday from Bexar County Jail after posting a $25,000 bond. A report identified Wallace as a nursing home employee, according to the San Antonio Express- News' editions Monday.
