Public Intoxication/Driving While Intoxicated Parking Area 34 - Subject was Misdemeanor Theft Sterling C. Evans Library - An ng unattended wallet and contents were stolen from a desk on the third floor of the library. The victim's credit cards were used to purchase electronic equipment in College Station. Parking Area 50 - A black, full- face Shoei motorcycle helmet was stolen off the victim's motorcycle. Sterling C. Evans Library - An unattendedf black leather fanny pack and contents were stolen from a group study table on the third floor. Golf Course - An officer observed two subjects removing golf course flags. The flags and the individuals released pending charges. Academic Building Bike Rack - Victim reported the handlebars were removed from his purple Cannondale mountain bike. Dorm 1 2 - Victim reported a pair of European brush goat Lucchese boots were stolen. t>l< arrested and transported to the Brazos County Jail. Houston Street - An officer reported observing an individual staggering on Houston Street holding a chair over his head and striking a traffic sign. When contacted by llie officer, the intoxicated subjed refused to provide identification and was subsequently arrested and transported to the Brazos County Jail. George Bush and Holick - Subject was arrested and transported to die Brazos County Jail. Assault Sidewalk by Blocker Building ■ Victim reported that while walking on the sidewalk near the Blocker Building, a male subject riding a bicycle grabbed her posterior. Fowler Dorm <- A discussion between the Resident Adviser and a resident escalated info a physical confrontation. Both suffered minor injuries but declined to file charges. Criminal Mischief Burglary Ball Street - A window screen was damaged by a water balloon. Nutritional Field Lab - A barbed- wire fence was cut. Hensel Park Cabin - A window on the back of the building was shattered. Aggie Flying Club Parking Area - The victim's vehicle passenger door was dented. Parking Area 95 - A Bell 966 radar detector and a complete computer system was stolen from the victim's secured vehicle. Dunn Hall - Clothing was removed from the victim's secured room.
