AIKIDO: Aikido is a martial art developed in this century by Japan by Master Morihei Ueshiba. (Aikido means “the way to project inner strength.”) Both men and women study Aikido. Although it is defensive in nature, one doesn’t stay passive against attacks. On the contrary, Aikido is an outpouring of positive energy.
