Pauli Research International® 776*0400 18 years & older to in an investigational The three Arkansas stars did their damage in a relatively short period of time, as no one on the UA squad played more than 24 minutes and 10 Razorbacks played at least 15. Once again, it was lack of depth off the bench, turnovers and Arkan sas’ rebounding advantage that doomed the Aggies. A&M committed 27 turnovers, 20 off of UA steals, nabbed 28 boards, to the Razorbacks’ 38 and each of its starters played at least 31 minutes. Reserve forward Anthony Ware and guard Freddie Ricks were bright spots for the Aggies. Ware scored 15 points, one shy of his season high, and picked up six rebounds. Ricks led the team with a season- high 16 points, making seven-of- eight shots, passed out six assists and grabbed four rebounds. The 39-point deficit was two points shy of A&M’s worst SWC loss ever, a 107-66 loss to Houston in 1955. A&M head coach Kermit Davis Jr. praised the Razorbacks’ effort and said A&M never was in the game. “That was definitely the worst game we’ve played all year,” Davis said. “That was the worst we’ve han dled anyone’s press. I thought we played in awe of them this time and that was something we didn’t do in Fayetteville. “I think the SMU game put them on edge today, so they had some thing to prove. They came out today with all barrels cocked and loaded and they just ran over us.” Davis said Arkansas’ pressure was at its best and that kept the Aggies off balence the entire game. “We got beat in every facet of the game,” he said. “That’s the first time that’s happened at home this year. After the first (of the game) we got caught in an up and down game. “We were never in the game and they never let us get into our rhythm. It wasjust a matter of us not being very good today and they we re.” Other scoring Aggies were She- drick Anderson with 4, Rashone Le wis with 11, Brooks Thompson with 11, Lynn Suber with 12 and David Martin canned a three-pointer in the game’s final minute. Outside of Day, Mayberry and Miller, Arkansas’ bench paced the squad with a balenced attack. Ernie Murray scored 13, Roosevelt Wal lace had 20, Isiah Morris chipped in 10 and while Ron Huery only scored two, he handed out nine assists The 6-foot-7-inch Wallace, was two-for-two from three-}, range, said the Razorback’s dep; what makes them successful. “We don’t really have a starlit ve,” Wallace said. “Coach (fo Richardson) just seems to plai group that is playing well toge; When you have ten or eleven, that can run like we can, it’s matter of time before we star wear people down. “Right now the cVvemistq'isil for us to go a long way.VJeheM that good things will happentoj The Aggies’ next outing willh home this Wednesday, againstitt Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30am game will Ire the last home game: seniors Freddie Ricks and bj Suber.
