Chenoweth says there are distin guishing factors between A&M’s en gineering department and the engi neering programs of other institutions. “It is not so much the school as ii is our students,” Chenoweth says. He says the quality of the students over anything else is the distinguish ing factor. T hey have the abiiav to work with people, he savs. “We teceive tegular rep i ts from companies that A&M graduates pro duce quicker than other graduates,” Chenoweth says. “They see ajofi that needs to be done and they do it, rather than look for someone to tef them what to do.” An engineering edu good education because doors open, he says.
