Report (Continued from page 3) Station was inspected by David Pickens. Score — 84. Four points were deducted from the report because there were some cock roaches in the building. Three two-point violations were cited in the report for the following: there was no soap or hand towels at a hand sink; some dirty aprons were left on a bread rack; some shelves, drawers and counters needed cleaning. Six one-point violations were deducted from the report for the following: hot water plumbing was not working at a hand sink; some preparation area and kitchen equipment needed cleaning; a floor drain needed a grate; some plastic wrap on some plastic utensils needed to be tied; some utensils needed to be stored in an organized man ner; a walk-in cooler floor needed cleaning.
