All these teen-agers said people in their age group need to feel some responsibility. They said adolescence is a transitional stage! which is very important in the over all development into adulthood. These teen-agers were also con cerned about t he rights of minors in public schools due to the recent sus pension of a Bryan High School stu dent, who was distributing literature not approved by school administraj tors. “I see school as a foundation I where we learn to express our feel-1 ings and ideas,” Pledger said. “Il'sj defeating the purpose to have all thei rules that restrict creativity.” Bass said that public schools are| stifling students creativity, and Par rish, who attended a private school before attending A&M Consol idated, agrees.
