Gary Hart will win the Demo cratic nomination for president. “I really think Gary Hart is on a roll,” Connally said in an Austin speech. “I said a year ago I did not think Walter Mon dale would get the nomination. “I said John Glenn would get the first run at it, and if he failed Gary Hart would be in the wings,” he added. “I would strongly suspect he (Hart) will be the nominee.” 1 WASHINGTON — A re quest. filed the fourth execution murderer boy” Am; cruel a mem arj jected by Autry, ifctH alteady rfe* be executed m Huntsville on Wednesday for a Port Arthur grocery derfc , <t£- ter he stole a six-pack of beer,J off tluee other dates, the last on 1 only 30 minutes was to die bv injection. The nurse in question, Billie My rick, 42, has been placed on paid leave by the fire depart ment while investigations con tinue into her refusal on Jan. 5 to dispatch an ambulance for Lillian Boff, 60, who died of a heart attack. Myrick has refused to make any comments. The state Board of Nursing Examiners, which has the power to revoke Myrick’s nurs ing license, has received a for mal complaint accusing her of unprofessional conduct and will hear the case in May or June, a spokeswoman said. In addition, the city’s emer gency medical staff came under more fire with the allegation by another Dallas family that a woman died of a heart attack while relatives tried in vain to get an ambulance dispatched. The Dallas fire department emergency medical services program uses nurses as ambu lance dispatchers in hopes of screening out non-emergency calls. Boffs stepson, Larry, has filed a $315,000 claim against the city because of Myrick’s in sistence on speaking to the stricken Boff before she would dispatch an ambulance.
