nted itself to clients.
“and we have complete confi
dence that the years ahead will
be equally rewarding. We be

Valley is assured.”
The facility, which was de
signed by 3D/International, will
be built by Bryan Construction
Company.
“We have experi

growth during the
past two decades, and
we have complete
confidence that the
years ahead will be
equally rewarding. ”
The bank will occupy the first
three floors of the builaing and a
14-lane motor bank, which can
be doubled in size if necessary.
Office space on the top three
floors of the building is now
being leased.
Club Corporation of America
has contracted with the bank to
turn part of the sixth floor of the
building into a club. CCA oper

throughout the country, includ
ing clubs in Houston, Dallas and
San Antonio.
The new banking headquar

ty’s plans for its 17.29-acre tract
of land. Future plans include
more office space, stores and
restaurants.
“The convenience of our cus
tomers was foremost in our
minds during the location, plan
ning and design phases of this
project,” bank officials said.
“Emphasis will be placed on pre
serving the natural beauty of the
property as the development
continues.”
