Office space on the top three floors of the building is now being leased. Club Corporation of America has contracted with the bank to turn part of the sixth floor of the building into a club. CCA oper ates approximately 130 clubs throughout the country, includ ing clubs in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio. The new banking headquar ters is the first phase in First Ci ty’s plans for its 17.29-acre tract of land.
