That is what Travis estimates it would cost to manage the fed eral wildlife refuge and adjacent wetlands on the 43,893 acres during the fiscal years 1984-85. The Texas Parks and Wild life Commission voted Wednes day to give Chairman Perry Bass the authority to sign a proposed agreement between the US. In terior Department and the state of Texas. Gov.
