The Summit County Com mon Pleas Court Friday found the defendant innocent of man slaughter. Robert E. Cochran, owner of the Medicine Shoppe in Cuyahoga Falls, was accused of selling generic furosemide, a diuretic, to Cleo Schell, 62, who died of congestive heart failure last April 3.
