Lucky seven Malone scores 38 to lead Rockets to victory United Press International HOUSTON — Moses Malone poured in 38 points and had 32 rebounds — more than the en tire Seattle team — in the Hous ton Rockets 117-100 whipping of the Sonics. The win left Rockets’ coach Del Harris ecstatic. “This is the first time we’ve been able to beat Seattle in four tries,” he said. “This is probably the best game we’ve played all the way through this year.” Thomas Henderson summed up his feelings with an culinary analogy. “We were hamburger earlier this year, but we are steak now,” he said. Malone and Elvin Hayes dominated the backboards Thursday as the Rockets grab bed a 61-29 edge in rebounding claiming their seventh straight win.
