The Senate also will present an award to Vice President for Planning Charles H. Samson Jr. The Senate Finance Commit tee has reviewed budget re quests from each of the student services, such as the A.P. Beutel Health Center, the Personal Counseling Service and the MSC Council and Directorate. The nine student services re quested a total of $3,019,613 for 1982-83. The Finance Commit tee will recommend approval of a total budget of $2,863,713. Six bills will be introduced: — Revision of the Constitu tion for the Student Body of Texas A&M — calls for the Rules and Regulations Commit tee to recommend changes in the University Constitution. These changes must be the Senate and a in a student re requests the Sterling C.
