Tim Ryan, RHA president, said the green activity sticker would allow the head residents to attend dorm functions even if their own dorm is not involved. Also scheduled for discussion are drinking policies to be consi dered for action by the RHA. The drinking policies are being revised in accordance with the new state law requiring a person to be 19 years old before he can legally drink alcoholic beverages. The new law affects all dorm functions where liquor is served because many freshmen are 18 yearsij when they enter Texas A&Ml versity. The RHA will also hear resui of a student survey to deten opinions on giving Universityrs ognition to the Inter-frateni Council and Panhellenic. These vey was given to dorm delegate^ the last RHA meeting so I could poll their dorm leaders^ the issue.
