Students who have requested information wi#'' the past must renew their request each year within the first three weeks of the fall semester. The student must realize that approximately one month is needed to remove this informatior' materials already in circulation. However, the campus directory is printed only once a year, and^ printing, no information can be removed. The student is responsible for renewing this request each September, and the extends from the date of the request to the following September 1st.
