McDonald threw a no-hitter at the Bears in the first game, while Stoll could only manage a two-hitter in the second. “I think we re looking good now,” said Coach Bill Galloway Thursday. “Baylor isn’t quite as good as they were last year.” If Texas A&M was a fine offensive team last year, Galloway said this year they’re better. “I would say we re a better hitting team than last year,” he said. Today the Aggies roll into San Antonio for the start of the San Anto nio Invitational Tournament, and they will have a chance to play some stiffer competition than the Bears presented. At 10 a.m., the team plays Incar nate Word Academy from San Anto nio, and tonight at 7 p. m., the Aggies take on tough Sam Houston State in what should be a good test of the Aggies’ potential. McDonald, who won 28 games last season, and Stoll, who captured 35, will take the mound for Texas A&M in alternating starts.
