Begin won t accept talk conditi United Press International JERUSALEM — Prime Minister Menachem Begin made clear to Egyptian President Anwar Sadat in a letter drafted Tuesday that Israel will accept no preconditions for re suming the stalled Palestinian aut onomy talks, aides said. Begin’s response was “almost completed” and aides said it was expected to be delivered today by Israeli Ambassador-to-Egypt Eliahu Ben-Elissar. Sadat delayed a new round of autonomy talks, scheduled for this week in Alexandria, because of the Knesset’s passage of a bill declaring Jerusalem Israel’s united capital. The Egyptian leader reportedly sought a commitment from Israel to include discussion of tie sovereignty over Jerusalei of the autonomy di spite the bill’s passage iiffi) “We are ready to negot autonomy plan on the Camp David accords andl treaty," the aides said document mentions Jems vid W at spor I D.
