Palmer, 2-0, has not lost since July 24 of last year. He allowed five hits although he struggled with his con trol and walked four. Woodie Fry man got the last five outs to earn his fourth save. Both of Palmer’s victor ies this year have come against Houston. Dawson’s third-inning double to center scored Rodney Scott, who had singled, and gave Montreal a 3-1 lead. The Expos scored twice in the first off Houston starter Nolan Ryan, 13. Scott was safe at second on Ryan’s error and moved to third on a wild pitch. After Dawson walked, the Ex pos executed a double steal to score one run. Parrish followed with an RBI double to center. Ohio State University will be the host school for the four-day tourna ment. The Aggies finished fourth in the recent Southwest Conference spring tournament. Three Aggies were among the all- Southwest Conference squad picked by the nine SWC coaches. They were Dave Ogrin, a senior from Waukegan, Ill.; Richard Cromwell, a junior from Stuart, Fla. and Steve Bowman, a senior from Tyler. In tennis, coach David Kent’s Aggie squad this week is ranked No. 16 in the nation among college tennis teams in a poll conducted by College and Junior Tennis Magazine and the Intercollegiate Tennis Goad Association.
