Executive to speak This year’s Texas Business Execu tive of the Year will speak on man agement philosophy and decision making today at 11 a.m. in Rudder Theater. Durwood Chalker, a 1950 gradu ate of Texas A&M University, is chairman of the board and chief ex ecutive officer of the Central and South West Corp. Chalker was chosen as “TBE of the Year” by the Texas A&M University College of Business Administration and Texas Business Executive maga zine. Dean William Muse of the col lege will make the presentation at the seminar. Chalker was chosen for his man agerial expertise and community leadership. Central and South West is one of the largest utility operating systems in the southwest. The seminar is free and open to the public. Iran , ports take United Press International BELGRADE, Yugoslavia— Doc tors Saturday revealed that Presi dent Josip Broz Tito’s weakened heart shows increasing signs of giv ing out and that the Yugoslav leader also now suffers serious digestive dis orders in addition to his numerous other ailments. The official medical bulletin Satur day said the 87-year-old Tito, who has been hospitalized for 105 days, is still in “exceptionally grave” condi tion and indicated that he is still com atose and in shock. Tito’s left leg was amputated Jan. 20 just eight days after an unsuccess ful bypass operation. Since then the list of serious medical complications includes virtually all of his vital organs. In addition to the cardiac weak ness and newly disclosed digestive system malfunction, he suffers liver failure and acute jaundice, total kid ney failure, high fever, internal bleeding and pneumonia. Earlier this week, the doctors treating Tito at the Medical Center in the northwest city of Ljubljana listed him in critical condition for several days, during which he lapsed into a coma and shock.
