United Press International WESTMINSTER, Md. — Valerie Rapp didn’t win any acting prizes when she tested her dramatic skills 1 by pretending to be Eliza Doolittle, the flower girl in “My Fair Lady.” But she did get arrested for selling flowers without a license. Rapp was arrested Friday after she asked two police officers to buy flow ers. She is to appear in District Court Feb. 7 on charges of selling flowers without a license and giving false statements to police. Rapp, 18, admits she took the ruse a bit far by not telling police the whole truth until an hour after she was arrested. Her masquerade was part of a drama class assignment to find out if she could persuade real people she was the characted she assumed. To look the part of Eliza Doolittle, she dressed in a peasant dresj vered by a burlap sack, furry! ragged blanket and floppy hal this guise, and equipped w| handful of flowers, she took! street.
