A&M is in the throes of a four- game losing streak after dropping a pair of games Wednesday to Min nesota and USC. Since moving into their new 5,000-seat ballpark, the Ags are winless in three tries. “We re hurting a little right now, said A&M coach Tom Chandler after Wednesday’s action. “We made four costly errors in that sec ond game with USC and our pitch ing has been a little inconsistent as of late. Also, we ve got a couple of injuries that are slowing us down.” Two of the Aggie starters who are ailing right now are shortstop Robert Bonner, who bruised his left shoulder in the Texas series last weekend, and centerfielder Mike Hurdle, who pulled a hamstring in the Wednesday game with Min nesota.
