Lip reading, belly dancing offered for "night-schoolers’ i THE CHRISTIAN SCIENCE OR GANIZATION WILL MEET THURSDAYS AT 7:15 P.M. IN THE CHAPEL. Add lip reading and belly dancing to your schedule. A&M Consolidated Independent School District is beginning its community education program soon and Texas A&M students are eligi ble to register. Some of the courses include cake decorating, wOodshop, yoga, typ ing, drapery-making, tennis and photography. English as a second language is taught, as well as French and Spanish. Students can learn motorcycle maintenance, ka rate, twirling, cardio-pulmonary re suscitation, painting, ballet and first aid. Numerous other courses are taught on both children’s and adult’s levels. The classes run in eight-week ses sions, and fees range from $6 to $10 per class. Courses held within the school district will be offered at A&M Con solidated High school and Middle School, at South Knoll and College Hills elementary schools, and at A&M Consolidated Special Services building. Registration for all classes will be Tuesday, Sept. 13, at A&M Con solidated High School. Those who reside within the school district or within the College Station city limits register from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Those not living within this area register from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Stu dents who withdraw prior to the second scheduled class meeting may receive an 80 per cent fee re fund. No refunds will be made after the second class meeting. United Press International SAN ANTONIO — A total of 25 search aircraft spread from the Rio Grande Valley into Oklahoma yes terday looking for two missing light planes carrying a total of four per sons. Lt. Bill Schneider, flight opera tions officer of the 19th Civil Air Pa trol Group, said a Cessna Skymaster with one persons aboard disap peared Monday on a flight from Waco to the Rio Grande Valley, and a Piper Arrow carrying three per sons also was reported missing Monday en route from Harlingen to MacAlister, Okla. Schneider said J. Edwards Jr., 35, Oalhe, Kan., his son, Bradley Edwards, 13, and a woman iden tified as Joyce Brandon were aboard the aircraft which was last sighted on the Houston radar screen at 3:15 p.m. Monday in the area of Bryan-Heame in East Texas. He said Larry Wade Gilley, 38, of Dallas, was on a roundtrip flight from Waco to the Lower Rio Grande Valley and it was not known whether he was still en route to the Valley or returning to Waco when the plane was reported missing. Civil Air Patrol units from Mc Allen, Waco, Temple, San Antonio and MacAlister, Okla., joined in the search.
