Grove film series begins ‘star’ run Summer entertainment for the Texas A&M University campus has been booked for the Grove, Texas A&M’s outdoor movie theater. A dance scheduled in the Grove Tuesday, located west of the Drill Field, will kick off the summer en tertainment. The first movie, “Hang “Em High” with Clint Eastwood, will be shown Wednesday said proj ectionist Tim Sager. Showtime is 8:45 p. m. Movies will be shown nightly ex cept during finals. Gates will open at 8 p.m. The Grove will show 64 features along with a number of shorts and cartoons, said Debbie Dollar, Grove manager. Admission is free for Texas A&M students with activity cards, 75 cents for other adults and 50 cents for children. In rainy weather, movies will be shown in the Memorial Student Center, Sager said. The cinematic classic, “We’ve Never Been Licked,” will be shown twice this summer. The movie, j World War II era tale based al Texas A&M, will be shown on June 30 and July 21. Johnston, 20, died Wednesday in Houston’s Park Plaza Hospital of in juries received in a May 13 traffic accident here.
