Monday there will be a question and answer session in room 226 of the library for interested students and faculty to find out more about library policy and procedure. Montgomery of the University of Tennes see in a graduate lecture on forage feeding sys tems at 2:15 p.m. in room 301 Rudder Tower. FRIDAY PHI SIGMA meets at 3 p.m. in room 103 Zachry to hear Dr. O. T. Howard of Baylor University speak on “Urban Geology.” CLASS OF ’76 is having a “Blow Out” from 8 to 12 p.m. at Indian Lake. Admission is $2 for girls, $3 for guys. All the beer you can drink. JAMES COFFMAN of the University of Mis souri Middlebush Equine Center will speak at 2 and 4 p.m. The first lecture, to be held in the Veterinary Medicine Science Building deals with abdominal ailments, and the second in the Rud der Tower focuses on acute inflammation of the leg tissues. SATURDAY AGGIE PLAYERS present a night of theatre at 8 p. m. in the Forum. Admission is 50 cents. STUDENT Y is sponsoring a Decathlon at Hensel Park from 8 a. m. till 5 p. m. The $2 entry fee goes to charity. Pick up forms in room 216 of the MSC. EL PASO HOMETOWN CLUB meets fora picnic at Lake Somerville. All those going should meet at the MSC parking lot at 10 a.m. Influenza heads list for March Ninety-six cases of gonorrhea were reported to the Brazos County Health Department during March. Influenza headed the list with 100 reported cases while strept throat was reported by 39 persons. Other reported illnesses included were syphilis, seven; tuberculosis, five; scarlet fever, two; and chickenpox, one. Fish go to Arizona The TAMU Fish Drill Team will march Saturday in the Governor of Arizona Drill Meet at Tempe. Sixteen units from Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, Iowa, Idaho and California will compete. UIL play contest TAMU will host area one-act play competition of the Interscholastic League at 1 p.m. Saturday. District competition co-champs from Crawford, Nor- mangee, Hutto, Richards, Troy and Lorena will perform in the Rudder Auditorium: The public is invited to attend. Veterans’ certification TAMU “vet reps” remind veterans planning to attend summer school that they need to complete certification as soon as possible by visiting the campus office in Hart Hall. If a veteran is planning to leave the area for the summer and return next fall, he should complete the certifi cation process before leaving. CAMPUS Special Sat. A book sale sponsored by the Friends of the Library will be held Thursday, beginning at 10 a.m. Everyone is asked to donate books, magazines, maps, sheet music, etc. by taking the items to drop boxes in the library (outside if the weather permits), or at McDonald’s, or by calling Pam Walton in the Microtext Division at 845-1952. McDonald’s is giving a free Coke to all persons who bring books and materials this Saturday and Sunday for the Library Week book sale. They are also offering a coupon for a free hamburger to all who make a $1.50 purchase during the sale. Ending the week will be a speech Friday by Dr. Athelstan Spilhaus at 2 p.m. in room 108 of the Harring ton Center.
