A year in residence may consist of the fall and spring semester or one of the above and a full summer session (both the first and second terms). The hours passed at the preliminary grade report period on Oc- jsed i tober 21, 1974 may be used in satisfying this ninety-two hour requirement. This should he done prior to October 21st in order for all records to he checked to determine ring eligibility.
