The last university committee appointments confront the Senate tonight. The Senate will meet in Room 601 of the Rudder Center Tower at 7:30 p.m. to consider appoint ments to an off-campus seat in the Senate, another member on the Student Publications Board, a representative for the Athletic Council and seven members of the Athletic Advisory Committee. The persons filing for the Sen ate seat were Leon Blackwelder, Russell Ruckett, Angie Lindley, Sandy Hood, Donnie Albrecht, Chris Lawson, Mike Hatch, Jeanne McCarroll, Chris Calkins and Lee Grieser. Steve Eberhard, SG president will present Sandy Hood as his nominee. Don Hegi, Terry Hardt, Steve Gray, Jim James, Mike Hatch, David Garver, Rod Speer, Debi Blackmon, Ken Stroebel and Bill Davis have applied for the Stu dent Publications Board position. Eberhard announced he had not made a decision on the nomina tion for this seat. People filing for the Athletic Council included Jim Campbell, Larry McRoberts, Robert Shokes, Rick Holmgreen, David Kaapke and Ron Plackemeier. Eberhard announced that he was also un decided on this nomination. No students filed for the seven positions on the Athletic Advisory Council, Eberhard said.
