i : : Page 3 Master plan made by Architecture for Port Aransas Several students in the College of Architecture and Environmen tal Design have prepared a mas ter plan for the City of Port Aransas, which is rebuilding in the wake of last summer’s Hurri cane Celia. Public presentation of the stu dents’ plans was completed this week at the Port Aransas Town Hall. STRUCTURAL WORK is well under way on one of two Texas Maritime Academy.
