The counseling service, estab

Sol Klein.
It was one of the first of its
kind in a community of this size
in Texas, Klein said, and served
as a model for other agencies
across the state.
He added that the counseling
service is now an outpatient
Mental Health Clinic for both
children and adults, but its ob
