Education Practices Cited Seven new innovative practices in teacher education in use here have been cited by the Texas Education Agency. The programs were listed with 17 others in TEA's October, 1968, publication, “New and Innovative Practices in Teacher Education.” Distribution of the 27-page bro chure was to the presidents, deans, department heads and pro fessors of education in Texas, according to Dr. Frank Hubert, Liberal Arts dean and acting head of the Education Department.
