I — STAFF PICTURES AGGIELAND ’67 Group pictures of the staffs will be taken according - to the schedule listed below. Staffs will assemble in front of the MSC on the appropriate day by 1715 hours. The uniform will be Class A Winter with G.H. caps. Style of uniform will be left to the dis cretion of the individual staffs. However, uniformity must pre vail. AGGIELAND 1967 OUTFIT PICTURES Uniform will be Class A Winter. Outfit C.O.’s will wear sabers; seniors will wear boots and mid night shirts. Guidons and award flags will he carried. ALL per sonnel in the outfit will wear the billed service cap issued by the University. The type of cap worn by underclassmen to and from the picture - taking area is left up to the discretion of the outfit C. O. Outfits should be in front of the Administration Building by 1230 hours on the appointed day. Arrangements should he made by first sergeants with the Mess Hall supervisors to allow the outfit to be admitted to the Mess Hall early. Tonight at 7:30 the traditional bonfire will be ignited, highlight ed by a yell practice and effigy burning. Consolidated students, under parent supervision, have chopped and gathered wood from the Landsford farm for the bon fire. Friday night the Consolidated Tigers will meet the Brenham Cubs at Tiger Stadium. Halftime activities will include performances by the Bengal Belles doing a ripple and their trophy-winning routine, “the ’66 line dance,” and by the Consoli dated High School Band, direct ed by Bill Atkins. Topping the halftime activities will be the presentation of Home coming Queen nominees, Kim White, Charmille Bridges, Kathy Bitterest, Celia Stack, Susie Goldsmith, Cindy Boyd, Cheron Moore, Toni Eibert, and Shelly Reid, escorted by their fathers. Then two princesses will be an nounced and a queen for Home coming 1966 will be crowned by Meg Huebner, president of the student body at CHS. Following the game, the stu dent council of Consolidated High will sponsor a dance in the Jun ior High School cafeteria honor ing the queen and her court. SCONA To Hold Thursday Meet Committees will be named for the Student Conference on Na tional Affairs at 7:30 p.m. Thurs day in the Assembly Room of the Memorial Student Center. After assignments, a work session will begin in the separate committees. “These work sessions are im portant to make our conference the success we are all working for,” said C. R. (Bob) Heaton, SCONA chairman. “We hope to be finished by eight so that those who wish may attend the World Around Us Series in the Ballroom,” Heaton said. Several faculty members of the Meteorology Department are at tending widespread conferences this week. Dr. Vance E. Moyer, acting de partment head and Dr. Robert A. Clark, associate professor, presented two papers at the 12th Conference on Radar Meteorolo gy at the University of Okla homa. The papers wei - e on “Re search in Radar Meteorology Be ing Conducted at Texas A&M.” R. C. Runnels, an instructor, and J. C. Schmidt, a graduate assistant, accompanied Dr. Moyer and Dr. Clark to the conference. The four-day conference will end today. Associate Professor Dr. G. A. Franceschini and Dr. El-Sayed journeyed to Lake Arrowhead, Calif., to attend the Eastern Tropical Pacific meeting. Dr. Franceschini will travel from there to the Air-Sea Inter action Conference at Florida State University. This confer ence in Tallahassee, Fla. will end Saturday. John F.
