Hubert has been appointed to the advisory committee of the first Texas Governor’s Conference on Li braries. Hubert, dean of the College of Liberal Arts, was named by Gov. John Connally. The committee will recommend at the March 23 conference how the public can be made more aware of library’s needs and how library services can be made more effective, Hubert said.
