The girls were treated to a midnight yell practice, a Town Hall perform ance, the A&M - TCU football game and a dance during the weekend festivities. Miss Johanna Leister “just can’t believe it” as she is an nounced as the new reigning sweetheart of Aggieland. Miss Leister, a speech major from Orange, was selected from 13 Texas Woman’s University final ists at ceremonies Sunday in the Memorial Student Center. The 19 - year - old blond - haired, blue - eyed beauty will be official ly presented to the student body at half-time ceremonies of the A&M - SMU game, Nov. 7, in the Cotton Bowl. >:■' . t . . .
