M. Nance, Department of History, an nounced todayj Preference is given to graduate students., They will receive a stip end of 1,249 pesos monthly and free tuition. Junior and senior college students are eligible for undergraduate scholarships, which provide 1,185 pesos a month and free tuition, Nance says. Applications Forms Students may obtain Institute of International Education applica tion forms from Nance, who is campus Fullbright Adviser. Their complete applications must be re turned to the campus Fullbright Adviser by Oct. 15. Persons not affiliated with an academic insti tution may obtain application forms prior to Oct. 15, 1960, from the Institute of International Edu cation, 1 East 67 St., New York 21, or from the Institute’s regional offices.
