Atty. Gen. Will Wilson will say at 7 p.m. whether he chooses to contest Gov. Price Daniel’s Bid for a third term, or whether he will try again for attorney general. If the decision goes to the gov ernor’s race, the added heat is on Daniel. If Wilson goes again for attor ney general, House Speaker Wag goner Carr facgs a formidable job in unseating the incumbent, Wil son. Should Wilson, who won his sec ond term as attorney general with out a contest, try for a third, chances are that Carr will be his chief and perhaps only opponent. But if Wilson runs for governor, the attorney generalship is ex pected to be the target for several ambitious and aggressive young prosecutors in addition to Carr. Political developments stepped Dp in several areas as the Feb. 1 deadline for filing for a place on the May 7 Demoncratic primary ballot crept nearer. Associate Justice Joe Greenhill of the State Supreme Court an nounced that he will seek re-elec tion to the post which he has held since 1957. Greenhill is a Navy veteran of World War II, is a former first assistant attorney general and Look your best at formal affairs Look your best on gala occa sions in formal clothes cleaned to perfection by us. Among the important decisions in which Greenhill wrote opinions was the case involving constitu tionality of the State Urban Re newal Law. This was upheld in an unanimous decision of the Su preme Court. “Now in my third year as a member of the court, I feel I am in a position to yield valuable service to the people of Texas,” Greenhill said in announcing his candidacy. “I. am fully aware of the respon sibilities that a position on the Supreme Court entails. I shall strive at all times to uphold to the fullest of my ability all the fine traditions of the court and the trust the people of Texas put in me.” Another high court candidate has filed for a place on the Demo cratic ballot. He is Judge Lloyd W. Davidson, a candidate for re- election to the Court of Criminal Appeals. Davidson already has two announced opponents: Jim Bowmer, Teinple attorney, and Judge W. T.
