The Rev. R. L. A&M Church of Christ 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday and Thurs- breakfast. At 7:10 on Wednesday night evening prayer and a Canter bury program is held. Rector of the church is the Rev. William P. Oxley and chaplain is the Rev. Earl Martin. ticipation of the Aggies in their various programs. In addition to the regular sched ule, many churches sponsor activi ties designed especially for the student community. Following are brief descriptions of the coming weekly schedules of the churches and the activities set. i A&M Methodist Church Sunday worship will be con ducted at 9:45 and 10:55 a.m. and at 7 p.m. under the direction of the Rev. James Argue. Also set for Sunday is a supper from 5-6:30 p.m., followed by a discussion pro gram. Wednesday the Wesley p.m. and vespers are conducted each night from 7-7:20 p.m. except when Yell Practice is set. Com munion will be held Friday morn ing at 6:30 a.m. followed by break fast and discussion. In addition freshman fellowships will be held twice monthly and the Wesley players, a religious drama group, will give one or more plays this year. The Methodist Student Move ment on the A&M campus is the Wesley Foundation, staffed by two ordained ministers of the Methodist Church. It carries on a full pro gram of activities aimed toward individual student. The Founda tion is located in a frame building on the grounds of the A&M Meth odist Church. Special events include weekend retreats, state and national con ferences and parties. A full church school program is offered with college-age groups led by local members ui\der the supervision of the Wesley Foundation. Musical activities are under the direction of Bill Turner, director of the Singing Cadets. And un der the Methodist Church struc ture, it is possible for students to become affiliate members of their college church, while retaining membership in the churches in their home communities. Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church Worship services will be held Sunday at 8:15 and 10:45 a.m. with a special church school class for Aggies scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Wednesday the Lutheran Student Assn, will meet at the Lutheran Student Center, located at Main and Cross Streets in College Sta tion. Programs, under the direction of the Rev. Edwin Svenson, include worship, study and recreation, with the Women’s Missionary Society serving refreshments. Special events, in addition to the regular meetings, will also be sponsored during the year. A&M Christian Church Sunday School will be held at the regular time, 9:45 a.m., with the worship service set for Sunday at 11 a.m. Disciples Student Fel lowship will meet at 5 p.m. Sun day for program planning. * Each Wednesday evening at 7 p.m., the Aggie Religious Study Group meets in the YMCA for stimulating discussion of the Bible. A&M Presbyterian Church Chui’ch school is scheduled for 9:45 a.m. and the regular worship service will follow at 11 a.m. Sun day at 7 p.m. the Westminster Stu dent Fellowship and Bible Study will meet. And Wednesday at 7:15 p.m. a fellowship meeting is scheduled. Also, the Westminster Student Fellowship meets every Sunday and Wednesday evening for stu dent-led worship, talks by out standing local and world leaders, debates and movies. The Student Center library offers free use of books and magazines, plus a devo tional booklet. Wednesday night prayer meet ing is held at 7:30. First Baptist Church Vesper services are conducted each Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings at 7 in the Baptist Student Union where Cliff Harris Jr. is director. The Rev. R. D. Longshore is pastor of the church. Schedule of Sunday activities in cludes church school at 9:40 a.m., morning worship at 11 a.m., train ing union at 6:15 and evening wor ship at 7:15. A workers’ supper is held Wed nesday evening at 6 and youth or ganizations and the choir meet at 6:30. Wednesday night prayer meet ings are held at 7. Levi Gentry is minister of the A&M Church of Christ and Pence Dacus is student worker. Bible classes are held Sunday at 9:45 a.m. and 6:15 p.m. and wor ship services are held at 10:45 a.m. and 7:15 p.m. Prayer meeting is held on Wed nesday night at 7:15. A daily devotional is held at 7:05 a.m. , St. Mary’s Catholic Chapel Three masses are held on Sun day morning at 7:30, 9 and 11. Confession will be heard on Sat urday night between 6:30 and 7:30. Masses are held during the week at 6:30 a.m. on Monday, Wednes day, Friday and Saturday and at day. Rosary and benediction is held Wednesday night at 7:30. The Rev.
